Applications

Allow repeat applications from the same email

When off, someone whose application is still being reviewed — or who already has a wholesale account — can't submit another. Applicants you denied or asked for more information can always reapply.

Application page URL

The page on your store where the application form lives. Sent to Klaviyo as {{ event.reapply_url }} so your approval and denial emails can link people back to it. Optional.

Auto-create customer from form submission

When a form is submitted, automatically find the Shopify customer matching the submitted email — or create one — and link it to the application. The customer is tagged “trade-applicant”, which changes to “trade-approved” or “trade-denied” when you decide the application. No account invitation email is sent.

Auto-assign customers

Automatically assign customers to a Customer Discount Group

When enabled, any customer tagged with “trade_auto” will automatically be assigned to a new company with the selected Customer Discount Group. The tag is removed once the customer is assigned.

Customers who belong to a Shopify B2B company

When a customer checks out for a Shopify company location, their company's Shopify catalogs set the price. Choose whether Wholesale tier discounts should also apply to those B2B checkouts.

Use their company's Shopify catalog prices only (recommended)

Wholesale tier discounts are not applied to B2B checkouts, so they can never stack on top of a catalog price. This is what Shopify-managed approvals assume.

Also apply their Wholesale tier discount at B2B checkout

Only for stores whose Shopify company customers were given Wholesale tiers on purpose and whose catalogs carry no B2B pricing of their own.

Excluded Products

Products that will not be eligible for discounts. Gift cards are excluded by default.
