Applications

Allow multiple pending applications per customer

Auto-create customer from form submission

When a form is submitted, automatically find the Shopify customer matching the submitted email — or create one — and link it to the application. The customer is tagged “trade-applicant”, which changes to “trade-approved” or “trade-denied” when you decide the application. No account invitation email is sent.

Auto-assign customers

Automatically assign customers to a Customer Discount Group

When enabled, any customer tagged with “trade_auto” will automatically be assigned to a new company with the selected Customer Discount Group. The tag is removed once the customer is assigned.
